Our fees | No upfront costs
We do not charge anything upfront: submitting a claim is free. We work on a "no win, no fee" basis and only get paid if our clients get paid. If the claim is successful, we 25% keep a commission. In cases where the Client is referred to Secretclaims by a third-party partner, the rate may be different as specified in the partner Terms and Conditions. Even if we work on your case for several months and go to court, all costs are on us.
In most cases, the compensation amounts determined by the EU Regulation 261/2004 are as follows:
